I am looking for a fully qualified and licensed electrician to properly duct my bathroom exhaust fan to the exterior of my house. The existing bathroom exhaust fan currently vents moist air directly into the roof space (roof void). I need a professional to install ducting from the fan unit to an appropriate external wall or roof vent, ensuring all moist air is expelled outside. Key Tasks for the Electrician: 1. Assess the best path for the new ducting to an external wall or the roof. 2. Install appropriate insulated flexible or rigid ducting 3. Cut a vent hole in the chosen exterior surface 4. Fit and seal a proper external vent cap/grille 5. Ensure the entire duct run is sealed correctly to prevent air leaks back into the roof space. 6. Test the fan to ensure it is working efficiently and venting air outside Please provide a quote including: -A rough estimate of how long the job will take. -The total cost for parts and labour and anything else.

Hi, For some reason my lights keep turning off all the power and shorting the fuse box. The lights will stay on for about 30 minutes at most before completely shutting off all the power in my unit. All the lights in my place work so not sure what/why but would love to have this fixed asap. Thank you. Andy
