Hello, We are looking for a licensed electrician or a skilled sign technician to repair a faulty advertising lightbox at our retail store, in Westfield Whitford City. The Issue: The top internal lights of a large, wall-mounted lightbox behind our front counter have stopped working. The lightbox is only partially illuminated (from the bottom), which looks unprofessional and affects the presentation of our store. The Job: The task is to diagnose and repair the electrical fault within the lightbox to restore full illumination. The scope of work will involve: 1. Safely accessing the lightbox. This will likely involve carefully removing the poster graphic and diffuser panel to get to the internal components. 2. Diagnosing the electrical issue (e.g., failed LED strips, a faulty driver/transformer, or a wiring problem). 3. Supplying and installing the necessary replacement parts to get the top lights working again. 3. Reassembling the lightbox correctly, ensuring the poster is re-installed without damage. 4. Testing the lightbox to confirm it is fully and evenly illuminated.
