I’ve had ford and doonan out to do diagnostics and the air conditioner drain is blocked causeing it to leak water when it is used. However they wore not available to repair it until January . My ceiling fan keeps tuning on by itself. The electrician I originally used said it was an issue with the fan, the people from the company said it is an issue with the installation. I am looking to have a new reverse cycle a/c installed (rinnai j-series 2.5kw reverse split system). The house is a townhouse located in highgate. There is an exisiting similar unit downstairs, but this will be a new one upstairs, with the outdoor unit to be located on the balcony.
