2 light switches in bathrooms replaced

Looking for electrician to connect a new Beko 60 cm oven (8.2 kW, 240 V) to my existing 32 A outlet. Old oven’s removed, cable and 32 A plug are ready to reuse – just need correct termination and test. Photos attached. Located in Freshwater.

To prepare for an NBN installation, I run an electrician’s help to run the coaxial cable from inside house about 1m to the nbn box on the outside. No need to mount anything as this will be done by NBN

We are a cafe and we have a faulty exhaust fan motor, I’m looking to find someone who can get up to the top floor roof and find the serial number so we can replace it. It is not the entire unit just the motor needs replace.. this job is just to check the fan and serial number and future job to replace if capable.. access is from the east side of the building..

I have 14 existing downlights throughout the apartment. See pics. They are the older style ones. Most currently working, a few without globes, and one with no socket at all but with wiring. See pic. I would like to change them all to LEDs.

Just moved into my apartment and it doesn't have a working phone line. The old socket was falling apart. Property is fibre to the building. Just need to get the phone line/socket hooked up so I can plug my modem in.
