Have a 2022 Audi A3, recently did a routine service in Audi Dealer. Rear camera has stopped working recently and the Audi consultant advised the below in the report: Logged static fault in relation J772 reverse control module. Carry out the test plan, checked SVM is update to date, carry out basic setting, still not working. We will continue to diagnose throughout the day. Checked GFF no comms with CU, removed tailgate trim found vehicle has been in an accident. Checked connector for camera found to be damaged, also checked wiring found open circuit in several wires for the reverse camera.
