Job Overview: Looking for a licensed electrician to install cameras, lights, and sensors, tidy up old cabling, and check old earth connection at a residential property. All hardware is supplied (lights, sensors & cameras). Certificate of work required for insurance purposes. Scope of Work: Security Cameras (Reolink) Install 3 cameras: 1 at carport (brick). 1 at front door 1 at back door under wood eaves. 2 of these cameras need 12V DC supply (2* GPO might been needed here and I don't have this) Ideally power spliced from existing light switches or nearby cabling if possible. Endoscope camera (~10m) may help trace cable paths without opening roof or walls. Getting this cable is the most challenging part of this job. Lighting 6 lights total: 4 existing lights: remove & replace (2 of these require new external sensors under eaves) 2 new lights: install, ideally spliced from an existing switch; Minor cabling (~10m) and wood drilling required Other Electrical Work Check existing earth: confirm if old earth is redundant or still required - if not I want to remove it. Remove redundant outdoor cabling (~10m + junction box) previously disconnected Important Notes / Requirements: Licensed electrician only Must provide Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) No switchboard work expected, but inspection welcome Roof has a recent painted membrane—so I don't want to open the roof. Battern lamp holder replaced with a hanging light. Ceiling is 2400 high. Small timber cross beam to be installed in the ceiling and hook for light fitting. Also need a double switch replaced with double switch with dimmer installed in another room. Timber for cross beam, and double switch with dimmer supplied by me.

Would possibly like to have a supplied flood light run in conduit also and attached to tree. Ideally have a sensor where it only comes on at night only. If too much I’ll just run it off a timer. I’m looking for a electrician to connect already installed sauna lights to existing mains power. Details: • Sauna is already built • Lights are already installed • No light supply required • No switchboard upgrades required • Short cable run only • Connection to existing junction Currently have 12v lights within the sauna and have the powder box external to the sauna. Just need 240v ran into the box to power the lights. There is 240v T junction that was installed before the sauna was built which is about 1m away from the box. The job is simply to safely hard wire for the T junction into a powerpoint in the exterior waterproof box, test, and ensure everything good to go.

Looking to get someone to install a supplied velux skylight. This is for a tiled roof. The plaster shaft and painting of that area also required. The shaft itself will not be very long because the bathroom is at the end of the home and the roof is lowest at this point. Nothing has been prepared for at this point - I just have the window.
