Split system air conditioner installation, 3rd floor apartment (Cremorne 2090) I’m looking for a licensed installer to fit a wall-mounted split system air conditioner. I’ll supply the unit, most likely a Fujitsu 5.0 kW reverse cycle. Job details: - Indoor unit to be mounted on the living room wall above the TV (photo attached). - Outdoor unit to go on the balcony, on the opposite side of the room from the TV wall. - 3rd floor, walk-up with no lift. - double brick 1980s build. Can be done anytime in the next few weeks. Need to have the required certifications.

The smoke detector has fallen off the ceiling and needs to be secured. I also have a heated towel rack that needs assembly and an adhesive rack that needs to be fitted to a tiled bathroom wall.

My tenant has lost power to one side of the apartment and the fuse insists on staying down when she tries to flip it back on. Need someone to check what the fault is.
