The batten fitting was knocked loose from the ceiling and the wiring was exposed. I’ve had a look inside but didn’t feel confident doing the repair myself. NBN connection port is found above the door and close to the ceiling. TPG have advised that this needs to be rewired/relocated so we can provide power to the NBN Box. We live in at an apartment and we have a gyprock ceiling With a 80-100mm cavity. All brick walls. We need an electrician to be able to run the cable from the front door up into the ceiling all the way over to the corner of the living room area (corner of tv wall). Run it down the center of the wall in neat white conduit, then mount the new point behind the tv unit. Bottom of point to be above 135mm to clear the skirting. Bring the conduit/duct along the wall just above the skirting near the existing PowerPoint
