Also connect two downpipes to gutters and to stormwater pipes already directly under where the downpipes will be. Also connect another gas pipe from where current gas pipes are 5 metres away for oven and cooktop.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home.
