Install downpipe so this drains correctly. Also require some flashing crewed down correctly. Group the tasks together.

Needing a down pipe for a gutter (see pics attached). Just needs to be plumbed into the correct drain under the soil (I’ve dug most of it up). Ideally prefer someone to come and quote so I can explain properly. Ideally asap so I can start paving over the top

We are renovating in 3-6 months and looking for trades to fix/ replace the roof. I'm not an expert in buildings, would like a cost-effective estimate to replace the roof with metal roofing. It doesn't look like the roof can be saved. Photos below. Area of the hip roof is 10x8 = 80m2 roughly (flat measurement from aerial, there are slopes) The broken gutter & downpipe will also need to be fixed. I also put a neighbour's roof that I'm aiming to have (the last grey roof photo). Two existing downpipes need repair. First requires new Pop from guttering, length of plastic pipe (about 2 - 3 metres) and connect to pipe going underground. Second requires pop from guttering length of pipe and bend, and connection to water tank.

Note the white mark up at the top of the photo. Cut a drop there so I can add a down pipe to release extra water during heavy rain. You don’t need to install down pipe. Just cut and install a drop. Parts provided. Just bring cutting tool and silicone.
