Installing 5 downlights to existing circuits in one large room. Down lights already purchased and on site

Swap 3 x plug in down lights. I have the down lights so just need someone with ladder for 3.5 meter ceiling.

There seems to be an issue with the kitchen lighting. When the switch is turned on, the fuse trips and the lights do not turn on.

Licensed electrician needed: 1. Replace a fluro light fitting with a LED downlight in bathroom. No dimmer. 2. Replace a globe light fitting with a LED downlight in sunroom. No dimmer needed. The wiring for both light fittings is operational. The fluro light fitting broke when I tried to replace the tube. I can supply LED lights - if you need other parts please advise.
