I need an electrician to change one downlight in our bathroom from hard wired to plug and play. Located in Lidcombe. I will reimburse the cost of the light in cash so the offer is only for labour.

I’ve a two story house where I need to replace existing lights by down lights. Also to fit some external lights. I’m looking for an electrician who can work on per hour basis as there will be a lot of work.

Prior to the repair job my insurance company disconnected electricity to the area to make it safe. I will need the outdoor floodlight reconnected to the indoor light switch. I will also need 5 holes put into patio roof lining for downlights and to have these also reconnected to the indoor light switch. Plugs / wiring for the lights are already positioned inside the roof lining for the 5 lights. 5 downlights will be supplied by me. -Provision of certificate of electrical safety for works conducted. I have attached a picture of the patio prior to the collapse so you can get an idea of how I need the lights positioned and where the floodlight is located. Pic of switchboard also included My house is a single story home and roof access is easy via manhole in laundry. Easy parking in my driveway. Hi,I have four downlights in my bedroom, and one of them has stopped working. I tested the light by swapping it to another position, and it works fine, so the bulb itself isn’t the issue. I also replaced the transformer, but that didn’t fix the problem, so it’s likely something else causing it. The other three lights are working perfectly. Please provide me with a quote that includes diagnosing the issue and fixing the light, including both labour and material costs.

We need someone with a very long ladder to replace a single downlight above the bottom of our stairs. Downlight is pre-wired with power plug. Ceiling is about 6 meters high from the bottom of the stairs.

Bathroom downlight not working. Replaced bulb, no difference. Sometimes when the switch is turned on, the light flickers. Have tried reseating into socket. May be issue with transformer? The cable is connected to SAL Mini Electronic Transformer.
