I have 12 new downlights that need to replace the pre-existing ones that are already installed. The old ones will need to be unplugged and the 12 new ones plugged in. No light switch needs changing. No holes need to be cut in ceiling.

2 out of the 3 LED downlights in my kitchen are not working. One is completely off and the other one seems to be slowly turning on and off repeatedly. They need particular types of light globes, which are 50mm wide and 55mm high. 12V 6W 500lm I currently don’t have the globes and need someone to supply them, plus change them please. I live by myself and don’t want to make a mistake and do things wrong when it comes to electrics. One of the downlights seems to be stuck in the ceiling and I can’t get it out. Thank you for any help.

There's 4 downlights I popped one out and realised they're hardwired so I said I'd better get somebody qualified the cutouts are 90 mm and there's roof access in the same room
