Located in Deanside, I require a qualified sparky to install a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. The fan is already supplied (Arlec black ceiling fan). I will need the current bedroom light removed and replaced with the fan as the fan has a light on it. Outdoor down lights will need to be installed by drilling holes through the pillars of the facade if the house. These have also been supplied. I have a colourbond roof and can easy be unscrewed to access through to the pillars. Please refer to images if you’re up for the job. Jobs can be priced separately if required

Replace two bathroom down-lights which are not working. This replacement works are to be performed by a licensed electrician as the wires are screwed to the terminal block of the downlight unit and a like for like replacement is required. The Live wire and neutral wire needs to be removed and inserted on to the new unit. I will supply the down lights complete Unit.
