We would like a basic door and 2x fixed panels installed on our balcony to cordon a section for storage purposes. The door and fixed panels are to be purchased and installed by you. We are looking for a cheap, basic solution. The required specifications are shown in the rough drawing (refer to image 1) and are as follows: • Total height from floor to ceiling: 2.76m • Door height: 2.2m • Fixed panel 1 from top of door to ceiling: height x width = 0.56m x 1.55m • Total width from left to right wall: 1.55m • Door width: 0.95m • Fixed panel 2 from hinged left side of door to left wall: height x width = 2.2m x 0.6m • Handle must be on the right side of door • Door must be hinged on the left side and must swing outwards from right to left • No lock needed To allow full access to the air conditioning unit that is currently on the balcony, the fixed panels must be installed along the marked line in the wall (refer to image 2). The location of the door and fixed panels to be installed is shown in image 3. Additional pictures of the section of the balcony to be cordoned off for storage purposes are included (refer to images 4 and 5).

Hi there, I need a skilled glazier or handyman to custom make and install a pet door for my sliding door. What I need: 1. Custom make a 500mm x 300mm glass window with an aluminium frame. 2. Install the custom glass window with the pet door onto the sliding door rail. Or 3. Alternatively, install a new pet door directly if that’s a better solution for either of the two doors in the picture I’ve already received quotes for a pet door installation at $550. I'm looking to do this for less, as I’m on a budget and this is a rental property. I am looking for a quality finish that is secure and looks professional. I need assistance with the following 3 tasks: 1. Dislodge 2 x balcony sliding doors so that the painter can paint the frames. 2. Reinstall the sliding doors after the painting is complete and paint has dried (4-5 hours later you can come back) 3. Replace the current door handles with the new ones I have provided. Task required: - Arrive 9:30am on Tuesday 28th May to help dislodge balcony doors. You can then leave whilst the painter does his thing. - Arrive back at 2:30pm to help install the doors (after the paint has dried) and replace the door handles with the new ones. Photos attached of the balcony doors and the replacement handles. Task needs to be done Tuesday 28th May at 9:30am in Bondi Junction as that is when the painter is coming.
