Need my deck cleaned, prepped and stained

I have two crates of pavers plus some decking tiles that need to be carefully moved from my property at Dora Creek to my home at Bolton Point. The crates that the pavers are in have degraded and I've been advised that they won't hold together if lifted, so they will need to be carefully hand loaded on at Dora Creek and carefully hand loaded off at Bolton Point. Please note the storage container has been removed so you have 360 degree access to the goods. The metal mesh can be left on site.

Current treads have rotted away from stringer. Previously repaired. Bought steel stringer replacements but not the treads. Would like to replace full kit.

I have. reasonably large decking area that needs paint to freshen it up. Also a concrete area around the pool will need cleaning and 2 cots of paint. Also some minor carpentry work (non- essential) I'm guessing about 2 or 3 days work. I'll supply all paint. I'm happy with a quote or fair hourly rate.

I have cracked concrete under the house that has roots coming up making it uneven. I want to put a low cheap deck over this to cover the cracked concrete

Needing a privacy slat screen made and installed for the side of our deck (sitting above the cable railing), roughly 3.6m long. Would prefer verticle slats, and probably about 120cm in height. Looking for a quote to get this done, picture attached of deck side plus an idea image of the type of screen I'd like. Also attached an image of a privacy screen from Bunnings which could potentially be used (would need 2, not sure if this would work or not).

Replace decking sand and stain

We have deck of size 6m x 6m which we want to colour. Its a cafe located in Merewether so there are some furniture which needs to be moved and do the work. This needs to be done after 2 PM on any day.

I have approx 30square meters of external decking over 3 separate areas requiring the old coating to be sanded off and then recoated.

I measured approx 30m square on the deck and 15m square for the path (including the sides which will need sanding) that I would like sanded back to natural. I don’t want anything put on after like a stain just sanded. I’ll move all the stuff before hand. Thanks

Timber deck, facade and stairs approx 8m2, and timber landing pad approx 1m2 to be. sanded and cleaned. $150 ono You will need to supply your own sander as mine is broken.

Replace shade cloth on decking or alternative

Looking for someone with a Gerney that’s can wash down the deck - side of house and another area. Does NOT have to be spotless but keen to get rid of salt etc will take no longer than 60-90 min (max) access to water is there but you just have a hose and a gerney.

Quote to supply and replace damaged rear deck roof panels. After some big hail damage, decided to leave it as had planned by now to have started extensions/new build, but plans have been put off for a few more years and now need to replace. Would like the clear damaged panels replaced with solid/not clear panels (as far as can tell, the existing solid panels are fine, only clear ones took the beating). Unable to get on roof to measure so may need to attend in person to quote for clearer scope of work and dimensions. As deck will be eventually pulled down, functional replacement needed only to have cover from elements again/deck stops getting saturated when rains heavy. Bunnings only 5 minutes drive away for easy procurement of materials if needed. I need the decking boards on our deck to be sanded to remove all previous stains/colour so that I can put a fresh coat of oil down. Total deck size is 5740x4750, which is split into an upper (about two thirds) and lower (about one third) deck. The lower deck is one step down. This means the vertical sides of the deck need to be sanded too. There is currently furniture on the deck however I will move everything off the deck before job commencement.
