Carpenter or experienced handyman to finish off internal frames around 2 new windows. One window needs a flexi seal for small gaps. Both require approx 70 mm primed trim boxed in to hide the existing frame within the architrave frame. Windows are app 1.8m high by 800 wide. One window has a damaged trim beneath sill to be replaced with scotia. Fill any gaps with wood filler. Will reimburse for the trim.

Convert an existing desk to a lift top desk by seperating the desk top (and the first row of drawers) and reattach with hinges. Re-enforce the underside of the desk to create an internal desk top/surface. Add a monitor mounting bracket.to the underside of the desk top. You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. Looking for a Carpenter to build a box (this will be open at the front and maybe at the back). This will enclose a cat litter box. Very rough dimensions are 52cm wide x 72cm long x 50cm high (some flexibility though). I will pay for materials etc. Open to discuss what this involves.
