Hi, I'm disabled and need 3 curtain rods screwed into the cement walls of my unit and the blockout curtains hung up for me. Would you please give me a set price for your services to get this done hopefully before the summer heat sets in. I would normally do this myself but I can no longer keep my balance to drill the walls. Thank you From the floor to the top of each window is to 210. Each window is approximately 110 square.
