Install a ceiling cornice in my bathroom (10 foot ceiling) and install a toilet

I have put up a VJ panelled wall on one wall in my son's bedroom. Im now just needing some trim put up to cover the join and around the air conditioner. A cornice put on and the skirting board put back on. See image.

Cornice has split and seperated from wall. Need it repaired or replaced and then painted. Price is a rough gauge as I’m unsure how long would take Crack in wall needs to be repaired also
