I have had a build up of what I think is mould on a cornice, that needs to be repaired/painted. I think it is linked to the rain head, that needs cleaning.

Two old cornices recently fell, one has to be plastered as it hit something and is bent at one spot. Need them re-affixed, plastered and nailed up against two walls / ceiling of one room.

Plaster cornice in the bathrooms is coming download. Needs to replaced. Bath 1 - 2x2m Bath 2 - 3x2 one side only.

We had a handyman come and re screw one side of the cornice in the toilet. He did not flush the screws as you see in the images. Need someone to do it properly.
