The job requires both plastering and painting skills, ideally completed by the same contractor to streamline the process. Scope of Work: 1. Plaster Repair: Supply and install a new section of plasterboard measuring 50cm x 300cm (1.5m²) in the ceiling.and possibly the adjoining cornice section This includes backing support, joint taping, mudding (3 coats/Level 4 finish), sealing/priming, and sanding flat. 2. Site Protection: The room will not be empty. You will need to group furniture in the centre, wrap/protect it with plastic sheets, and lay heavy-duty floor protection to manage plaster dust and paint drips. 3. Painting: Fully repaint the entire 5m x 9m ceiling (45m²) plus the surrounding cornices (approx. 28 linear metres). o Specs: Spot-prime the new plaster patch, followed by two (2) full topcoats of premium flat white ceiling paint across the whole ceiling and cornices.
