The current gas cooktop needs to be replaced with new one. A license or certified gas plumber can help me with this job.

Scope of work: • Disconnect the current gas cooktop • Cap and seal the gas line inside the wall (not removed entirely) • Ensure the line is left compliant and accessible for possible future use The cooktop is currently installed and functioning. No appliance installation required — decommission only.

It's a long shot. I know this is a tricky thing to do. We need to expand our cooktop cutout by a few mm. Has anyone got the necessary gear to get this done for us?
