House built in 1994. Bath tub upstairs. Seperate handle and same spout. Hot water not working. Have tried to replace spindle although not exactly the same. Does not seem to be damaged anyway. When I’ve had it off and turned mains back on there is the slightly amount of water coming out of the hot side. When I turn the cold water on it comes out of the spout and out of the hot side opening. Additionally some older style taps are leaking

I hope to find a handyman who’s done this before! I’ve upgraded my racing rig, however the holes to secure the direct drive steering wheel is not compatible with the metal plate that the racing rig has. It seems that what is required is additional holes drilled in order to secure it tightly. While you’re here, I might get some advice on how to secure the pedals too! We have a few small rotted trees stumps that have fallen over with the wind and pushed our hedge over (see photos). Require tree stumps to be cut down into smaller pieces so that we can dispose of it in using our own bins. Once stumps removed push back jasmine hedge back into flower bed. - Due date: Flexible
