Looking for an experienced plumber to connect a kitchen sink and install 2 taps. Straightforward job, the sink is already in place in the benchtop, so the job is mainly to connect the plumbing and install the taps to the water supply and waste. Sink and taps will be provided. Just need someone with the right tools and plumbing experience to complete the connections properly and check for leaks.

We would like to seek assistance on repairing some scratches/chips on the wooden stairs and 2 chips in bathroom basins. We have filled the scratches/chips on the wooden stair with wood filler and the bathroom basins with epoxy. We still need help with sanding and matching the colours. Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.

My garage ceiling is dropping/sagging. Whilst the garage door is old, it wont open all the way. Will replace door in future. Licenced/qualified plasterer required to fix ceiling.

I have a solar “skylight” to be installed in my upstairs bathroom. The light has a solar panel that needs to be installed on the roof outside and then a wire that comes through to a light that needs to be installed on the bathroom ceiling. Gaps in existing Colourbond roof

Installation of insulation to close gaps in roof insulation. There are four (4) separate gaps in the existing roof insulation that require closing with insulation material. All gaps are in close proximity, but are separated by structural columns so we need someone to seal each gap individually with insulation material. We have the insulation material just need someone to do the job.

We tried to change these over but the second tap is stuck and unable to be removed with a basic tap spanner. Just want these taps changed over

We purchased a front loading washing machine and dryer. Intending to stack them in the laundry. Previous owners had a top loader hence the taps sit above the space. We need both hot and cold water taps shifted to the RHS about 20cm, or would be open to other ideas. You make need to break a tile and or make holes in another tile. I’ve just moved into a new house and have two small plumbing jobs. I want to get a small cold water tap installed behind the fridge. The space for the fridge in the kitchen is across from the kitchen sink. The house is on stumps so there is access under the house (about a meter clearance).
