Hi, I need someone to help me work out what's going on with my devices. I have limited knowledge of computers and networks and there is some really fishy stuff going on. I have 1 iPhone, laptop, router, a tablet, some wireless cameras , a fire stick on my Tele, and a printer that need all connecting up securely so I know everything is safe. My laptop and phone may need looking at a little more closely, I fact I want it wiped completely with a fresh instal.. there's no data on it so it should be pretty easy. I have spoken to Microsoft and they believe the operating system has been manipulated, for this they'd have to have had at least 1 actual physical encounter.. hence me also wanting the cameras installed securely so this can not happen again. I will be on hand to help also.. as accounts may need to be deleted and new ones made so there is no way any of them can compromise the new ones... It's really confusing to me and it has been ruining my mental health for years now... today... I said right.. I have to do something!! I'm on a disability pension and have no idea what something like this would cost... but I need to put it out there and see if someone could help..

Hello, One of my clients in Port Adelaide has an issue with a Kyocera printer no longer scanning documents to the desktop it's connected to. Currently set up via Wifi, was also networked (doesn't seem to be the fact anymore). I need someone to manually navigate the printer GUI and make sure that the settings are correct. I will be connected remotely to the machine & on call with the client during your visit. Should be a quick job, the printer is printing fine, the scanner looks to be scanning and storing it locally, but not sending it out. 15-20 minute fix. Happy to discuss the price and quote

I stream south african DSTV tv channels on my tablet using my NordVPN and DSTV Stream app. But I would like to watch it on my Toshiba tv. I can't get to download NordVPN on my Toshiba smart tv so I got an amazon firestick. Now I've managed to download the NordVPN app and login, but I can't find the DSTV Stream app to download. DSTV Stream will not allow me to stream without the app so I need to get the DSTV Stream app downloaded on my Firestick or alternatively download NordVPN and DSTV Stream apps on my tv. My google home (nest gen 2) also doesn't pick up my smart tv or fire tv
