I have been advised to try my previous password, however I no longer remember it. I have been advised that the user profile may be corrupted. Before performing any Powerwash or factory reset, I would like the possibility of recovering or backing up any local files to be assessed. The 2 ports will need to run Cat6 cables to the second level and terminate to each bedroom marked with a Red X with R45 Data outlets in each.
