The front camera in my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 often doesn’t work. I need to know whether the issue is the camera itself (and the laptop therefore needs replacing) or whether it’s something else such as the camera driver etc.

Can't set alarm at the panel or via the App. An error message appears which we can't resolve. We are able to set via keyfob. We are able to disarm via the panel, app, or keyfob ( so we know it isn't a Wi-Fi issue).

I am local in Glen Iris. We run an Engineering Project Management business. We have approx 20-30 projects at any one time and have approx 10 staff with monthly billable hours. I need assistance completing the set up of Clockify for our Engineering business. We are currently trialing the program with 4 staff members. I need help understanding the program and I am having trouble with monthly reports and exporting into a nice looking excel spread sheet at the end of each month. Are you also familar with Excel and creating rules with the data exported from Clockify. I am having trouble with creating reports and suspect it might have something to do with not setting up the kiosk. We invoice monthly and need to export detailed time sheets into an existing template spread sheet. The spreadsheet needs to show how many hours per day in the previous month each staff member has worked on each project. I send this with an invoice that I write up in Xero. - Due date: Flexible
