I accidentally reset the Deco master that was connected to my landlord’s Deco app. He’s overseas and I can’t seem to get it back running. I am in desperate need to help from someone who is familiar with connecting Deco master, Nbn box and modem!

Since the starlink outage 27th we have had no internet. The app is saying we are “online” but router not working. Have attempted to reboot with no success. Please only accept this job if you have experience with starlink and can help!

Hi! We’ve assembled a brand new PC with the following components: • RTX 4070 Super • MSI MAG B860 Tomahawk DDR5 motherboard • Corsair 750e PSU • 2x Kingston Fury DDR5 RAM • Samsung 1TB SSD Everything is already connected (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU EPS, 12VHPWR for GPU, etc.), but the system won’t turn on — no fans, no lights, no signs of power at all. We’ve tested both the case power button and tried shorting the power switch pins directly on the motherboard (JFP1), but still no response. The PC is fully built — we just need someone experienced to come by and help us identify the issue. It might be something small we’re overlooking, but we want to be sure before trying anything else.

I have an HP Elite Desk top computer with my photos stored both on the c drive of that computer, and in subdirectories on OneDrive. some of my photos have uploaded to iCloud. The majority of my photos have not uploaded to iCloud. I want to be able to use iCloud so that i can view my photos on my iPhone as well as my computer. I have tried several times with Apple help to get this problem resolved and they have not been able to assist. (many hours wasted) have tried changing the file extensions to .jpg (as at one stage were getting errors saying iCloud could not take files other than with a .jpg extension) also tried copy directly from the directory on my computer into the iCloud directory, by copying and pasting, dragging files, both as a group and individually. Also tried uploading from iCloud. I am wanting to find someone who has had experience in exactly this issue and knows (without looking anything up) exactly how to fix it. please make sure you have a solution to this problem to assist me in uploading my photos to iCloud. I recently reinstalled Windows on my Dell laptop due to a virus, and I’m now using Windows 11. Since then, my headphones haven’t been connecting when plugged in. I’ve tested them on other devices, and they work fine, so the issue seems to be with the laptop. I’m not sure if this can be resolved online, but if it can, I’d be happy to proceed that way.

This is a really easy fix, my partners can't remember the password for his MacBook Air and nothing we have tried to reset it will work (shortcuts, Apple ID etc). Someone more computer savvy than us would have this fixed in 5 minutes I'm sure

I have been unable to connect my Telstra modem to the 5G network. We have been communicating with Telstra and have been unable to fix it from their end. We have been connected to the 5G before with another carrier but since changing to Telstra we have been unable to connect.
