A few weeks ago, I asked Apple customer service for help and the customer service officer wiped my data and connections. This has had a significant negative impact on my mental health because I am a pensioner with disabilities including agoraphobia and I rely heavily on my technology for support. I've managed to get some of it back but I'm struggling to connect my laptop with my printer and labeller. I need someone who has great knowledge of technology but who is also sensitive and patient. I was using an external hard drive for my iphotos library. When I purchased a new Mac (mac mini) I plugged in my hard drive and the library 'migrated' to the new mac (although I'm not sure the migration occurred in full).
