Hi i got the fibre premises nbn installed and have a smart modem from Telstra. No matte what i try including chat gpt directions it says connected on tv but then says no internet. I think its the tv not the modem or connection as ipad connects. Its probably simple but i have been trying for 2 days now. Please help
