This lock has been installed but on the app we cannot get it to sync and set up. I need someone who knows this product to assist with setting up the app and programming it. It is the video lock.

I had apple carplay installed on a Clarion system in my Nissan. We have trouble connecting our phones reliably to the system. The apple helpline assisted and determined that it could be a speaker issue. If we plug in the phone to the USB port while a song is playing, it sometimes connects.
