Our breville coffee machine is not working properly and when turned on water does not flow through the group head or steamer

Coffee machine turns on, just never regulates. It over heats and keeps flashing

My coffee machine does not have water coming through the group head. If I do a full clean and descale, it will work, but the next time I use it it won't pump water all the way through, eventually leaking out the back. There does not seem to be any obvious blockages when taking the machine apart. The hot water/steamer wand does not seem to have any issues.

La Marzocco 2 group, Serie F870, Model 2AV Details from last service: Brew element has major scale breach, pump is seized, fan not running and solenoid exhaust manifold has some scale build up too. Did basic service while on site and replaced seals/shims/showers, replaced vacvalve o-ring, cleaned level probe, rebuilt RH steam tap, replaced filter, all other functions working otherwise. Checked/cleaned Robur, burrs starting to feel dull so may be worth replacing when go back to sort out other issues.

Rancilio semi professional machine located on counter top adjacent to sink. Need benchtop to be drilled to enable water and waste tubes to be fed through to water and waste supply. Needs pressure adapter fitted to water supply hose (supplied) and extension of existing waste hose (supplied). Should take about 1.5 hours max. Must have experience with plumbing
