The job is to raise the height of an existing clothesline from 1600mm to 2000mm. The clothesline is very solidly cemented into the ground, so would need be raised by adding height to the existing posts. The dimensions of the clothesline are Height 1600 x Depth 1400 x Length 2200 (see pics) and the diameter of the posts is 40mm per the red cap)

I would like someone to cut down the current clothesline to below grass level and then re-attach it to my fence
