The first point of call is to strip the beds and wash and dry everything. The Towels and Bathmats can go into the laundry hamper. Washing powder is in the cupboard above the washing machine. There are spare towels and bath mats so leave them out and just wash and replace the bed linen only please. While they are drying please wipe down all surfaces and handles including fridge and microwave, checking inside all appliances for left over food/dishes and crumbs etc. check that all bins and rubbish have been taken out and replace bin liners if needed. Rubbish bin in kitchen and compostable bins in kitchen and bathroom. Next will be a vacuum and mop and general tidy up of all living areas. After replacing all bed linen please place new towels on beds, there are spares in the laundry cupboard above the washing machine; 2 towels per bed please. Bath mats are in the hamper under the bathroom sink. A quick room deodorising spray in all rooms before you leave which is in the left laundry cupboard with the cleaning products and clothes.
