So it is prepped ready for sealing and spray painting. Scope of Work: 1. Top Side: Thoroughly pressure wash a 15-year accumulation of crusty lichen and moss off the steel roof sheets in preparation for future painting. This includes manually clearing out a buildup of leaf debris where the metal roof meets the main house roof tiles. 2. Bottom Side: Gently wash down the lower metal ceiling and three steel crossbeams to remove dust, cobwebs, and surface chalkiness (coating appears to be chalking/oxidising with age — needs a careful clean that won't strip further coating off). 3. Not required: no brick or paver cleaning needed at this time; this job is roof only. 4. Please include in your quote: your cleaning method (steam vs pressure vs chemical), access needs, and approx time on site.
