My partner is terminally ill and I am looking for someone to help us with general housekeeping in a small unit in Somerton Park. We are looking for an experienced, reliable housekeeper 1x a fortnight. Approx 3-4 hours each fortnight. Days flexible but preference is for a Monday and Friday 12pm onwards. Hoping to hire for a minimum of 2 months (could be more depending how long he lives for) to help us during this difficult time. Must have great communication skills (English a must), be organized, on time, friendly and have great attention to detail. Tasks will include: • Laundry – Wash/ dry/ fold/ put away • Bed making and weekly change of bed linen (including wash/ dry of bed sheets/pillowcases/ quilt covers) • Mop and vacuum floors • Make sure the house is clean and tidy including wiping down of surfaces/ dusting • Cleaning kitchen - wiping of bench, pack/ unpack dishwasher • Keeping fridge/ pantry/ kitchen drawers/ linen cupboard clean and organized • Deep clean bathrooms/ kitchen/ floors • Light gardening/spraying weeds/sweeping leaves & discarding in green bin • Other ad-hoc stuff that comes up Offering $30/ hour based on experience - Due date: Flexible
