Brass Chandelier where the arm broke off from the center piece - needs to be refixed. I could drop the light fitting at your workshop.

I require an experienced electrician to install a new chandelier as well as 3 GPO and some subfloor wiring. Would need a quote for the work to be performed on site.

Pick up two boxes (I hope) from gpo each one containing a flat packed chair. Bring the boxes to an apartment building in the cbd, quickly assemble the chairs and attach the dangling crystal pieces to the chandelier frame. The crystal pieces are in the pictured bubble wrap packages. The successful airtasker gets free undercover parking in my building.

I have 2 x modern pendant lights and 1 x table lamp that need thorough cleaning. 2 have expensive crystal elements that require delicate care. Experience with this type of cleaning is required. The dining room chandelier can not be lowered and needs to be cleaned in place, but can be reached with a tall step ladder. The kitchen light fitting can also be reached with a tall step ladder. Each fitting will need the bulb removed and the glass fitting removed and cleaned then replaced. Experience with chandelier light cleaning required please. The job is not urgent.

We have two large chandeliers I'd like lowered. The apartment ceiling is double height and I fell the chandeliers were hung to High. I'd like them lowered by around 70cm (ish) . They are large. You will need tall ladders and scaffolding and insurance. In photo attached shows the chandelier. There are two to be lowered.
