Second-floor Squeaky Floor (Carpeted): There is significant squeaking and thumping noise on the second floor (specifically in one bedroom and on the stairs). I need you to secure the particleboard subfloor to the joists using screws to eliminate the noise and movement. (You may need to pull back the carpet edge or use a Squeeeeek No More type kit). Please advise if you have tools (Stud finder, drill, screws). I am happy to prepare some tools or materials required, except for those professional tools.
