I’m looking for an experienced carpet installer to complete a full carpet replacement in a small apartment in Inner North Melbourne. Scope of work includes: Pickup of new carpet and underlay from Sunshine, VIC Removal of existing carpet Responsible disposal of old carpet Installation of acoustic/soundproof underlay (to be supplied by owner; subject to building management requirements – to be confirmed) Installation of new carpet (solution-dyed nylon, twist pile) Trimming, securing, and neat finishing at tile transitions and edges Details: Approx. 25 sqm carpeted area Apartment access (details to be provided) Carpet and underlay will be purchased separately and ready for pickup Preferred timing: week of 12–16 February (flexible) I’ll be reviewing replies on Wednesday 21 Jan Please quote an all-inclusive labour price (pickup, removal, disposal, installation). Preference for installers experienced with apartment work and appropriate insurance.

There is a burn mark on the carpet from when a heater fell overnight. I don't have extra from the same carpet unfortunately. I don't know how much this usually cost so please give me your quote :)

Need to repair the carpet

Reinstall previously installed new carpet in two bedrooms. Was removed for under carpet heating to be installed.

Carpet in bedroom, lounge and dining (approx 50sqm ) including surrounding timber edging with nails and vinyl tiles in kitchen and entrance (approx 6aqm) need to be pulled up and disposed of

As shown in the photos , two corners of the carpet have been scratched by my cat. We purchased a replacement piece that closely matches the existing carpet. We’re now looking for someone who can cut a section from inside the built-in robe and use it to replace the damaged area with the new piece.

Need help fixing the carpet edge where it meets the timber flooring in a doorway (please see the photos). The carpet has come slightly loose at the joint and needs to be re-secured or tucked in properly against the transition strip.

Carpets need to be photographed. About 20 carpets. 2-3 hours work. Carpets are not heavy, but a lot of lifting and stretching on a ladder required. Also, change some light bulbs. We have 2 ladders, and I will assist. Not Tues or Weds afternoon.

I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. I need some sort of solution.

I would like to replace the carpet in the three bedrooms marked on the floor plan. I am looking to have the job completed as soon as possible on any date from 19 August onwards. The task would include removing the existing carpet and assisting with ordering new carpet. I have a specific carpet style and colour in mind but have not had much luck with getting a quote from any carpet supplier, but am aware that it is in stock with various suppliers. Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.

My rabbit has torn up 2 small corners of the carpet in my apartment. Each damaged area is approximately 10–15cm wide. The damage includes pulled threads and fraying, but no major holes. I’d like the areas patched or repaired to blend in with the existing carpet as much as possible. I want this job done by next week
