A few wooden beams on my outdoor railing have come loose. I need someone to screw/drill them back in.

Repair the side panel of this wooden outdoor cupboard. The wood at the base is rotten, which is why it chipped off so easily. The end result doesn't have to be perfect, just functional for the next few years until the house is renovated.

My deck is about 10 square metres. I want to have it cleaned with a timber cleaner and then re-oiled or stained, along with the table. Note I do not have a hose, but I have a converter for the tap which a hose can be attached to. I would like this done in the next 10 days - but am aware this will be weather dependent.
