Width about 3.6m and height 1.2m. Square Wooden posts are existing and to be used. Metal frame (ideally black powder coated, otherwise stainless steel). I assume it needs three hortizonal tubing (top, middle, bottom) so the timber won’t twist. Silvertop Ash or Spotted Gum battens reasonably close (e.g 32mm battens with 20mm gaps) Please quote for materials and labour, but breakdown separately and list the material included. Thanks

Hi, we have a back deck that requires cleaning and staining. The house is located in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. I have attached photos to show you the current state of the deck. You will need to move the table and chairs to complete the task.

Our dog had an accident on a new light grey wool carpet. I tried getting the stain out with detergent and hot water, and then with Bremworth carpet stain remover but it hasn’t worked and seems to just be damaging the carpet.
