I’m replacing my old oven. My current oven is 70cm and I’m replacing with 60cm oven. Hence the cutout need to be reduced (width and height). Looking for an experienced cabinetmaker/joiner to modify the existing oven cavity so the new oven fits correctly and the finished installation looks original/neat. New Smeg oven requires approximately 560–568mm cavity width and 583–585mm cavity height (final dimensions to be confirmed against installation manual). Work likely includes: * Remove/modify existing oven cabinet framing as required * Reduce existing cavity width to suit 60cm oven * Adjust cavity height/support shelf as required * Supply and install matching infill/filler panels around oven * Ensure oven is properly supported and level * Neat professional finish matching existing cabinetry as closely as possible New oven will be supplied.
