Looking for handman with bit of carpentry experience to build laundry cabinets. Photo attached for reference. Per hr budget is $40.

We want to replace the bi fold doors in our laundry as one of them is broken. Looking for a carpenter who can help - ideally we would like to get them both removed and then custom build some new doors to fit the space as the dimensions are unique.

We have a sleeper in same timber as our steps, we need carpenter to it cut down and sanded back to repair two steps, steps approx 1500mm wide.

Removalists sadly damaged my great aunt’s 1950s cocktail cabinet. It’s so special to me and I’m lost for how to mend it so it doesn’t chip further over time. I *think* it’s walnut wood but am not 100% sure! If you are a joiner or carpenter with any recommendations or are able to help, please put forward your price and I’d be happy to show you. Thanks!

I have just noticed that the brick under the front of the house has bowed a fair bit, and someone has had a go in the past at a bodge job (I notice another bit of timber fixed across the front bearer) Until it can be rectified fully, I would like someone to install an adjustable Uni-Pier, with a simple small concrete footing (access is difficult). This is just an additional subfloor pier in case the brickwork gives in. Note: Since the front bearer may have some old water damage, it might be better to place an adjustable pier on the perpendicular bearer (at the intersection of the nearest joist) - See photo.

Frame is rotting, metal arms are corroding, window has slipped down and doesn’t close properly. This is not an easy carpentry job - have asked - they said it needs a whole new frame, which he didn’t think he could do. I want to keep the stained glass.

Wall hung 750mm vanity installed and fixed to the wall with tap to be connected to the same plumbing. The vanity top is not attached, old sink needs to be removed, its mostly detached from wall already. Wall shaving cabinet to be installed attached to wall too. I’m looking for someone with woodworking / precision cutting skills to modify a wooden frame. I need a section of the frame cut out to neatly recess a small motherboard so it sits flush within the surface. This will require careful measurement and a clean, precise cut. The motherboard then needs to be glued in place Details: Wooden frame (already made) Small motherboard to be inset (I will supply for measurement) Cut-out needs to be accurate so the board fits snugly Clean finish is important (this is for an artwork) Ideally you have experience with fine woodworking, cabinetry, or similar detailed work.

Collect 4 pieces of timber and use your own thicknesser to reduce them to 30mm from approx 40mm. So both sides are even and level. They are about 2m long.

Scope of work: Build a partition to separate a consulting room from a waiting area Door span approx. 700mm (W) x 2990mm (H) Frame to be pine or similar timber Infill to be clear or lightly textured polycarbonate (or similar) to allow light through while maintaining privacy Door can be either: pivot hinged, or more likely, sliding on a track (open to your recommendation). Design intent: Simple, clean, and lightweight, similar to the reference images of the industrial, aesthetic I'm after (timber frame + translucent panels). Hi, I’m looking for someone who can build a feature wall with a built-in fireplace. Preferably someone with a carpentry licence. There are two walls in the house that need to be done. You are more than welcome to visit the site and take measurement if possible.

Stain the fence posts. Will provide stain and brush. Front fence (one side), side fence (both sides).

I have a small rectangle 1m x 3.5m of floor that needs to be sanded and stained with Brown Japan - need it to be done ASAP this weekend. Can be a simple Jobs doesn’t need a giant sanding machine. Understand that is not best finish but it’s a small thing don’t over cook it I don’t have tools or Brown Japan stain - materials on top

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

This is likely a 2 person job. The cabinet needs to be held in place while being screwed into the two walls. There are 6 flathead screws in total
