The pieces that need work are all located on the ground floor for easy access. The tasks include: Assessing which windows that need to be replaced or can be repaired  Replace and/or repair Ensuring a clean and professional finish All necessary tools and materials should be provided by you, but please let me know if anything specific is needed in advance. Build and instal a new wood gate approx 850 x 1300 to replace the one in the images below. Supply all items including wood,hinges,latch.

We have an outside timber deck of 110sqm incl sides on various levels, plus a timber stair to the pool deck with 3 steps and down to the basement of 12 steps. We also have an outside sitting area made of timber 2.65 x 3.60 x 100 high plus a timber block 1.0 x1.0 .0.5 and timber plant arrangement 1.40 x 0.50 x0.65 high. All very easy accessible. This should be cleaned and than oiled again.

I am looking for a handyman/carpenter to disassemble a small timber shed with view to reassembling the shed at a new location in Sydney. Preference if you have a suitable ute/van/small truck and can also deliver the dismantled shed to new location. Shed dimensions: L: 2.25m W: 1.8m H: 1.9m Timber frame and cladding. Wall and roof panels screwed/bolted together. Shed is currently located in North Rocks (Sydney) and needs to be delivered (dismantled) to Ashfield (Inner West) area. 3 pieces of work. The soft close mechanism on one of the wardrobe sliding doors has stopped working. It’s always been problematic, I would like it replaced. Refer pic. I would like better quality/ stronger hardware installed on 2 sliding doors of kitchen cabinets. Currently, the doors fall off / out of the tracks. Refer pics for the black sliding doors. Hang picture on wall. The hooks are already on the wall and on the frame, I am just not strong enough to lift it to hang. Refer pic. I need someone that can bring a selection of parts/hardware to replace the the joinery hardware. For the black sliding doors, the hardware installed is not good quality, so someone who can bring a variety of options to install more secure hardware for these 2 doors. I believe the hardware for the wheels (at the bottom) are fine, it’s the push downs at the top which keep popping out and making the door fall off the tracks.

The Issue: - Swing Doors: Two under-counter cabinet doors are misaligned from their hinges. They move noticeably, close unevenly, and do not sit flush. - Drawers: The internal drawers do not close properly, requiring staff to use makeshift fixes to keep them shut. This likely points to an issue with the drawer runners/sliders. We need to fix only one drawer and one cupboard door. The measurements of the drawer are L 40.7 cm x W 42.7 cm x H 18.9 cm. The Job: The task is to repair and adjust the doors and drawers to restore full and proper functionality. The scope of work includes: 1. For the Doors: Assessing the hinges, then adjusting, re-securing, or replacing them as necessary to ensure both doors hang straight, are perfectly aligned, and close smoothly. 3.
