Hi Skilled Tradesperson, needing the outdoor deck area and side boards to be sanded and stained. Must use machine sander!! This is need to make even colour for timber material. Timber is Jarrah-look and roughly 4m x 4m area. Timber is clean and ready for sanding. Require 2 coats of decking oil (provided) to top surface. Available anytime between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Saint paint for wood front door to change colour, also have 2 separate as extra sliding wood doors after see your quality.

We need an experienced carpenter who has done this before. It is a cellar in our living room, not complicated as you can see in the picture. The only difference is that we want to put a mini fridge on the bottom . So even simpler than the picture.
