Recondition two sets of aluminium/timber bifold doors (timber internal face, aluminium external). We need both bifold systems removed, repaired and reinstated so they operate smoothly, are structurally sound, ready for painting, and fitted with new locks/hardware (hardware supplied by owner). Scope of works • Carefully remove two sets of bifold doors. • Repair timber where hinge screws/fixings have pulled out (cut out and replace small sections as required to restore solid fixing points). • Re-seat and re-secure any frame joints that have shifted (upright to horizontal) and correct minor warping/misalignment caused by failed fixings. • Refit hinges securely into sound timber (replace hinges only if required – confirm first). • Re-fix glazing beads/seals around the glass and replace any perished seals if needed (confirm if extra materials required). • Prepare timber surfaces for painting: sand, fill, prime repaired areas, and leave doors ready for paint finish (painting by others unless agreed). • Reinstall doors, align and adjust so doors fold/close correctly, gaps are even, seals work, and locks operate properly. • Install new locks and door hardware supplied by owner. Outcome required: fully reconditioned, aligned, secure bifold doors ready for final paint and long-term use.

Need cutout in wooden bench top enlarged to fit a new gas cooktop We have a 50mm thick tasmanian blackwood benchtop 865mm x 600 mm, that sits abutting a tile wall to the back and left side . It sits over slide out drawers The current cut out is 430mm deep by 805mm wide. We would like to make the cut out 472mm x 830mm to fit a new gas cook top the back of the current cutout is 80mm from the vertical tiled wall Due to draws and surrounding cupboards the new cut needs to be such that 42mm comes off the back of the current cut out and and 25mm from the left side of the cutout. The cut along the tiled back wall is only then 35mm or so off the tiled wall so its a tight cut Or Maybe take 30mm along the front edge and 12mm off the back edge as well as the 25mm from the left side The tiles are not to be damaged in this process
