Sand and stain patio doors 4 x doors - both sides need to be sanded and stained. Have been filled 24 hrs ago.

New Home office 1 desk for two people - floating/bench style 2 x wall length cabinets I have plans available including materials and dimensions. Looking for cost effective solutions - so can swap drawers for shelves etc. Or drop the rounded corners if need be. Open to suggestions. I have wooden table that needs to be lowered 5cm in height from the base. So the top of table needs to be unscrewed first. Base of table is heavy so needs to be done onsite without damaging the rug. If this can be done before Thursday 29th it would be a plus !

I need a custom wooden platform built to raise the height of my office chair relative to my fixed desk. Window open and won't close, arm hinge on window is stuck. Check other windows. Door on outside cabana wont close, and small pane f glass on the window of cabana needs replacing. Garden gate, wont close. May need hinge realignment

Kitchen cabinet change to fit zip tap underneath. Zip will do the install of their tap, however they don’t do cabinet door remodel. To make it work, need to take out the vertical board (circled in black in the first photo) and the sliding brackets of the existing cupboard underneath, which previously housed an enclosed bin system. Then supply and install a blum bracket and hinge so the current kitchen sliding cabinet door can close similar to the door on the left and provide enough clearance for Zip.

We are having our kitchen renovated. The oven, microwave, sink, tap, gas top, kitchen counter and splashback are in working order. As well as the drawers and joinery are in working condition. The appliances are Miele. The sink is a double bowl and tap is Grohe with a spray. Free pickup required!

1. Replace rotted timber strips on 2 exterior walls of the house and make waterproof with sealant (see pic 1). Approx dimensions of 2 main horizontal timber strips: L 5.80m; W 6cm (4cm timber strip and 2cm piece with rounded edge that sits on top); D 2cm (see pics 2 & 3).
