The platform needs to be: • Dimensions: 1300mm x 1400mm • Height: 45mm • Usage: Must support a rolling office chair without flexing or damage • Finish: I’d like the top surface to blend in with my existing timber floorboards, which are around 250–260mm wide and have a medium-brown tone with a subtle grain pattern (photo attached). A clean, natural look that complements the floor is preferred. • Mobility: Should be sturdy but movable—ideally under 25kg—with discreet handles or hand cutouts • Further details: Trimmed edges, bevelled sides, and felt or rubber feet underneath to protect the wooden floor The platform will sit in a home office in Mosman, NSW. Window open and won't close, arm hinge on window is stuck. Check other windows. Door on outside cabana wont close, and small pane f glass on the window of cabana needs replacing. Garden gate, wont close. May need hinge realignment

Kitchen cabinet change to fit zip tap underneath. Zip will do the install of their tap, however they don’t do cabinet door remodel. To make it work, need to take out the vertical board (circled in black in the first photo) and the sliding brackets of the existing cupboard underneath, which previously housed an enclosed bin system. Then supply and install a blum bracket and hinge so the current kitchen sliding cabinet door can close similar to the door on the left and provide enough clearance for Zip.

1. Replace rotted timber strips on 2 exterior walls of the house and make waterproof with sealant (see pic 1). An internal gate in a storage unit has been tampered with and falled off the wall. I would like it permanently well secured and I need one padlock put on the front gate to the storage unit.
