I need a temporary partition stud wall built in my two car garage in my modern two story townhouse. I want it to divide the area into 2 separate areas with a lockable hung door. I'm wanting it to be secure for storage but also fairly temporary so it can be dismantled easy down the track if I choose to. It doesn't go floor to ceiling but rather 5.5m long x 2.3m high as a partition only. There is no insulation required and can be cladded on one side only with something similar to ply wood.

We need to run power to a sign installed in a clinic. Power may be plugged in from a close by source (1-2 meters away), but we need to feed the power through some shelves. Handyman/joiner/electrician needed to bring a hole saw (approx 1”) to make clearance holes, then vacuum up the dust created. Plug in sign and confirm it works. Low voltage led lighting only. Plug and play. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 16 November 2022
