Carpenter needed for a door frame fitted within an external brick wall. Need this job done week of April 8. Lintel needs fitting and door frame fitted within brick wall, with brickwork to be cut out. Double doors combined width is 1220mm x 2200mm H and 50 mm thick. Hang double doors and fit locks. Lower part of the wall is double brick. Lintel, door frame, doors, hinges and locks will be supplied. I will assist cleaning up brickwork.

I need stairs and balcony area restained. I can supply the stain. Just one coat, to get rid of surface scratches.

Cabinets will be supplied just need an installer to fit full kitchen including overhead cupboards, laundry, 4 walk in robes

Sand, stain and polish pine floors in Diamond Creek. Approximately 90-100 square metres in size, need it done within the week.

Install laundry cupboards, benchtop and splashback. Also have additional door work to be arranged separate to this at same size. 2 low and one tall to install plumber as installed sink unit already, 900 high bench top approx 2300 have 2400 long and splash back to be glued to wall. Plumber will fit off tap and trough when bench top fitted,

Construction of a 7m long hearth for a freestanding wood fire to sit on. See reference image of the look we are after and some sketches as well as the area it will be installed in. This is a sub floor and not a concrete slab so weight will need to be minimised. Looking to either frame it up, blue board or whatever is required and then either finish it with a smooth micro cement render or tiled in travertine.
