I just need a carpenter or handyman with carpentry knowledge to help build a timber side gate, we have all the materials and my husband is also a carpenter so can help guide on what needs done.. he just has a lot of work inside the house so needs a hand to help outside.. its a about 2m long but the gate can be a double gate that opens up.. a bit like the picture attached.. the $200 would be for up to 4 hours

Hardwood deck needs re- painting/staining. Not sure about sanding because of rounded nail heads . Total area approx 50 m2. I think deck at rear (30m2) is painted. At front probably stained. Rear deck is covered.
