Job 1 — Replace Hinged Garage Door With Cavity Sliding Door (reuse existing hinged door by modifying it) Scope: • Remove the existing hinged door between the hallway and garage. • Supply and install a new cavity sliding door system (in‑wall). • Provide options for door design, style, and colour so it matches the existing internal doors. • Supply all required materials (cavity unit, door, tracks, hardware, architraves, etc.). • Install the new cavity slider, including:• Framing modifications if required • Plastering/patching • Painting/finishing Requirements: • Provide a detailed quote for materials + labour. • Provide door style options before purchase. • Ensure installation is neat, aligned, and finished to match existing trims. Job 2 — Modify Pantry Wall to Allow Fridge Door Clearance Scope: • The current pantry wall protrudes too far, preventing the fridge doors from opening fully. • Cut back/remove a small section of the internal pantry wall to create proper fridge clearance. • Ensure the removed section is structurally safe (non‑load‑bearing). • Patch and finish the wall after removal. • Replace or re‑lay floor tiles around the modified wall section (tiles were originally cut to suit the old wall footprint). • Make the area look clean and seamless after modification. Requirements: • Provide a combined quote including wall removal, patching, painting, tiling, and finishing. • All waste to be removed from site. • Work must be clean and tidy.
