I have the tiles, just need someone to tile the concrete area under my pergola

Supply & install metal or pvc, “monument” colour fence and driveway gate. Short fence on top of brick fence. Open / close driveway gate.

Driveway had some cement marks and it needs to be fully scrubbed and then need to be clear sealer to make it shinny.

I’m looking for someone to provide a simple, short-term fix for water pooling at the edge of my driveway (see attached photo). During rain, water collects along the grass/concrete edge instead of draining away. I plan to concrete this whole area in the future, so I’m not looking for a permanent drainage system — just something practical and affordable to improve runoff for now. Possible simple fixes could include: Regrading / reshaping soil Adding road base or gravel to improve slope Creating a small runoff channel Any other basic temporary solution

Understand that there will be an additional materials cost. Looking at Solar Ice colouring I need the existing roof removed and disposed of, replaced with a polycarbonate roofing (Suntuf?). Measurements are per the diagram. Pictures from the top and bottom are supplied. The current roof, while not that old, was not installed properly and leaks. Need this one to be properly sealed and finished. Please include all the materials you neeed including any strips or tape. One end buts against the house wall. The other end finishes over a gutter. Questions Answered - The current leaks are where the joins between the existing sheeting, There are no leaks where the sheeting joins the wall of the house. This is covered by a lead sheeting. Painting woodwork under the pergola area. Corrugated roofing is due to be upgraded so painting the beams does not need to be accurate as paint on the roof does not matter at this stage. Paint will be provided. Last guy was totally unreliable and did not show up multiple times and with no notice. We are looking for someone who can reliably complete this job.

Install a DIY Aluminum metal pergola (Miami curved pergola from exterior Life). The pergola has 2 posts, both of which slide into metal sleeves that have already been installed into concrete footing. No dyna bolt to concrete floor to fix post required. Fix post to steel sleeve using M12 bolt. All material is DIY, standard lengths, and standard screws/ bolts supplied.
