need to build and install aluminium frame pergola with polycarbonate roof EzGlaze, SunGlaze 2.5 x 6.4

Install either a pergola or verandah in our backyard over the deck.

Installing Bunnings shed (exact shed tbd). Hoping to not have to pour concrete slab. See picture.

Add 4-5 polycarbonate sheets to cover the open area of existing pergola. And add Bunnings bistro blinds on the left.

This is a newly built pergola. On top of the perforated metal sheeting is 6mil Perspex sheets. The metal fabricator made a basic attempt at trying to make this Watertight with silicon however acknowledged that this was not his area of expertise and it is quite evident that when it rains there are areas under the pergola which still get quite wet Looking for someone who is experienced with waterproofing. The job would involve getting on top of the metal structure and also possibly using silicon from underneath as well.

I have 2 garden sheds that require assembling. The first one is mostly assembled, but the double doors need to be fitted as the friend who assembled the rest of it was unable to complete it. The second one is in a flat pack package. It either needs to be assembled around the dog bath (under the tarp), or it needs to be assembled then lifted over the dog bath. This shed is 2.105 x 1.07m. I am generally flexible in terms of when someone can come and do the job as I can work from home.
